Order Cancellation Policy for Bestfind Stores Limited

Bestfind Stores Limited operates the website www.bestfindstores.com. This Order Cancellation Policy explains the conditions and process for cancelling orders placed on our Site. We aim to offer reasonable flexibility while maintaining efficient operations, in full compliance with Nigerian consumer protection laws, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018.

1. When You Can Cancel an Order


Before Processing/Shipment: You may cancel your order at no cost if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. In most cases, this is possible within a few hours of placing the order.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped (you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking), cancellation is no longer possible. You may instead return the item(s) after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policies.


2. Exceptions – Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders cannot be cancelled once placed:


Customized or personalized products

Digital downloads or services that have already been accessed or delivered

Orders containing perishable goods

Items marked as "non-cancellable" on the product page


3. How to Request Cancellation


Through Your Account:

Log in to your account on www.bestfindstores.com

Go to "My Orders"

Select the order and click "Cancel Order" if the button is available (this means the order is still eligible)


By Contacting Support:

If the cancel button is not available or you encounter issues, email us immediately at support@bestfindstores.com

Include your order number, full name, and reason for cancellation

We respond to cancellation requests within 24 hours (business days)



For fastest processing, request cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order.

4. Cancellation Approval and Refunds


If your cancellation request is approved (order not yet processed/shipped), we will cancel the order and issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Refund processing takes 7–14 business days from approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation and refund are processed.


5. If Cancellation Is Not Possible

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will inform you promptly. You can then choose to:


Return the item(s) upon receipt under our standard Return and Refund Policies.


6. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under Nigerian law, including any applicable cooling-off periods or rights relating to faulty or misrepresented goods.

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a new effective date.
